Our process

STEP 1

The primary session acts as a comprehensive introduction to DISC, where the BOSS team acquaints the participants with the purpose and benefits of the DISC assessment for their business and organization. It involves the inclusion of all desired members from the organization who will be receiving the assessment. The session concludes with a Q&A segment. Generally, this session has a duration of 60 to 90 minutes, providing ample time for a thorough presentation and interactive engagement with the attendees.



Step 2

Following the initial session, all team members from your organization are individually assigned to take the DISC assessment at their convenience, outside of the scheduled sessions. The BOSS team collects and evaluates the assessment results, including the analysis of personality profiles for each team member. This process allows for a comprehensive understanding of the unique DISC profiles within the organization, enabling the BOSS team to provide tailored insights.

Step 3

In the last session, the BOSS team will thoroughly examine the assessment results and analyze their implications for your businesses. During this session, you can expect to receive valuable insights, constructive tips, and practical strategies for leveraging your results to foster the continued growth of your business. The focus will be on providing actionable guidance to help you make the most of the assessment outcomes and apply them effectively in your business operations.
